The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station in Baku, making it very comfortable for staying. The rooms are small, old, and lacked towels in the first two days, especially the bathroom. The service staff, while pleasant, may struggle with English, which can be a challenge for travelers. The food at the Italian restaurant was very good and pleasant. The high-speed internet available throughout the hotel was a plus, and being near a big shopping center added to the convenience. However, the rooms' outdated condition and initial lack of towels were noticeable drawbacks.
